Counselling for Teens & Adults in
Victoria and Saanich
Neurodivergent-affirming, relational support for adults and teens in transition, grief, or overwhelm
DYLAN SPRADLIN, MA, MSW, RCC (they/them)
I provide online counselling for teens and adults throughout Greater Victoria and the Saanich Peninsula, with a focus on grief, neurodivergence, life transitions, overwhelm, and deeper relational work.
My approach is relational, nervous-system informed, and grounded in curiosity rather than correction.
Therapy for Adults
You may be grieving, burned out, navigating a major life transition, or beginning to understand yourself differently through ADHD, autism, or AuDHD.
Many of the adults I work with have spent years being capable, responsible, and adaptable — until something shifts and the old ways of coping no longer work.
Therapy can be a place to understand what is happening beneath the surface, including patterns connected to relationships, identity, loss, chronic overwhelm, and earlier experiences.
Counselling for Teens
For teens, growing up can involve enormous pressure around school, friendships, identity, family relationships, and the future.
Neurodivergent, anxious, and sensitive teens may also be managing sensory overload, masking, perfectionism, burnout, or the feeling that they are somehow doing life wrong.
I work collaboratively and playfully with teens, helping them better understand their emotions, nervous system, needs, relationships, and sense of self.
For older teens, online therapy can offer more autonomy and the comfort of meeting from a familiar space.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy
Late recognition of ADHD, autism, or AuDHD can bring relief, grief, anger, and a great deal of re-evaluation.
We may explore masking, burnout, sensory needs, executive functioning, identity, relationships, and what actually supports your nervous system rather than focusing on making you function more like everyone else.
Online Counselling in Victoria and the Saanich Penninsula
I work virtually with clients throughout Victoria, Saanich, Sidney, North Saanich, Central Saanich, and surrounding communities.
Adults who want a more immersive experience may also choose personal therapeutic retreats on Pender Island — close enough to the Saanich Peninsula to be accessible, but with enough distance to step outside ordinary life for a while.
If you are looking for counselling for grief, neurodivergence, life transitions, burnout, or deeper emotional work, you are welcome to reach out and see whether my approach feels like a good fit.
